I've never heard of Hanns-G, but I know Acer has great deals and great products, so go w/ the Acer monitor.$200 widescreen war

The first one is slightly bigger and gets a higher resolution but i dont think it is true 16:9 widescreen unlike the second one.

Get the Acer since your card can handle 1680x1050.
I recommend this in the 200 dollar range 2ms response time, theresno lag or ghosting whatsoever while gaming plus its hdcp ready so if you have a ps3 you can hook it directly to the back of the monitor (using an hdmi-dviadapter of course, its what I have and I love it.
