NVIDIA GeForce 6600 and css

ok i'm new to pc gaming and i was wondering about my video card. I have a NVIDIA GeForce 6600,is this going to be ok to play css without lag and im planning on upgrading but i dont have enouph cash yet so help me out. Oh ya is there a way to find out all my hardware specs?edit: any recomendations for a better card for a low budgetNVIDIA GeForce 6600 and css

I have a 6600gt AGP in my other system, and it TEARS UP CSS at 1280x1024 with high IQ settings. So you should be more than fine with that.
It also depends on ram and cpu. But the geforce 6600 is more than enough toplay the game on high at 1024x768.Go here http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest to see if you make it for HL2 if you do you will be fine.

i use to run that game on some intergrated C#$% and it would do pretty good on high so you should be just fine with that card
My old 6600 could play CSS on the highest res, but with no HDR/bloom. As soon as I turned those on it lagged to pieces.
I just purchased it with steam a few minutes ago(with garry's mod[which is the main reason i bought it]) but it says the servers too busy and i have to wait =[ any idea on what to do while i wait?:(
