I recently got an Icon pack and have some larger icons (256x256) and am curious to know if I can increase the maximum icon size to display it. (It shrinks when I use it but I would like it to be 256x256)Log On User Picture
I know you can on Vista just by right clicking and choosing large icons. I'm not really sure about XP though as I have never tried it.
