USB headset...Audio in 1 ear

Hmmm this just started today i noticed C%26C 3 was only giving me audio in 1 ear. So i exited out and it still does it, and now on every program? I've tried tinkerin around in the Audio Setup and restarted the computer but neither of those r helping. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanx in advance
