i think i messed up my headset

So ive been dropping my headset alot but one day i think i messed it up. now the left side is softer than the right side. is there anyway to fix this?i think i messed up my headset

If that doesnt work you can go into the volume control and mess with the balance to determine where you should put it so that it is the same volume in both ears
