System randomly finds a dma controller upon startup.

Sometimes when i boot up the system will run the ''found new hardware'' program and it ends up finding a ''system dma controller''.How do i fix this? And what could it be? I know for a fact that the DMA controller doesnt need a driver therefor how and why does it keep finding it and keeps trying to install a driver for it.
