NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI

Recently Canada computers called me and said that the ram i picked didnt work with the original board i wanted the ASUS P5K3 deluxe so i opted for this board instead was it a good choice?NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI
yea i have it and its amazing in every aspectNVIDIA nForce 680i SLI
bad choice. its still unknown whether penryn will run on that board

Well i was reading on EVGA forums and a moderator stated that Penryn will run on the 680i boards heres a quote;''Official response:

Yes, Penryn CPU's will work on the 680i motherboard.

However, a BIOS update will be needed for full functionality, this BIOS will be released in the near future. Thanks,'' and Link http://evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=57172Phew i was so disapointed untill i found this.

I plan on getting a newer mobo when I decide to go quad, but for now this thing is amazing for OC'ing my e6600
