I am building a new Rig, could use opinions

Ok I have the opportunity to rebuild my PC, but seeing as Hardware changes daily wanted to see what you guys thought about the following combination of parts.Motherboard
CPU
Memory
Hard Drive
Case
Power SupplyI already have the following items which I will keep in my new rig for now.Sound Card
ATI x1950PROI was planning to wait a bit on getting new video card with all of the DX10 goofiness floating around.I will be running Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit.Thanks for the feedbackI am building a new Rig, could use opinions
