Few small questions.
Hello. First and foremost thanks for any help or comments, constructive critisisem and so forth.I've been having trouble with my floppy drive, being that I don't have one but the computer keeps telling me to make sure its closed(yes, it asks me to CLOSE it) when I'm shutting down. Does anyone know why this could be happening? Also it only does it for a few weeks after TRYING to update my motherboard BIOS on my EVGA 680i, I use a DVD-R drive and a blank CD to flash by the way. It just won't. I've tried flashing and during the BIOS flash update screen it says it can't do it because of an error and that the BIOS is loading defaults. I've also tried to doing it through the nVidia update centre following EVGAs update instructions to the letter but on startup above where it says ''press F1 to continue'' it says ''BIOS update failed - Loading defaults''. Its not imperitive to fix this but I'm going to set up a RAID 0 config harddrive setup soon and I've heard the EVGA680i doesn't react to greatly to RAID 0 configs without the update.Cheers
