You should replace the thermal grease every time you take off a heat-sink. Mainly because the old stuff has dried and wont spread properly.Do I Need To Re-Apply More Thermal Paste Now?
Check temps!!
Check temps!!
How do i check my CPU temps?
You can download a program to do it or you can check in the Bios under ''PC Health'' if you've got a modern mobo.

Sorry for late reply, page went down here(U.K.). It's not too bad if you're using the standard HSF ond overclocking it. i personally would replace the thermal paste. I know it's a pain in the hole but anything realy pushing that P4 like an RTS or encoding could push it up to 70-80DegC. Not good!
