2900XT Vs. 2600XT

2900XT has 512 MB of GDDR3 memory, and the 2600XT is affordable for me to get two of them AND it has 256 MB of GDDR4 memory. I'm sure that two of those is better than the overpriced 2900XT I just wanted other people's input.2900XT Vs. 2600XT

Except it gets the same amount of V Memory but DDR4! Are you sure about that?

i read that just because you crossfire or sli,it doesn't mean you have double v-ram so you would still only have 256 mb of ddr4
One 2900XT >>>>> two 2600xt's, huge difference between these cardsAlso it's correct that crossfire/sli doesnt add together the memory from each card, two 256 cards equals 256mb memory total.
Forget about memory - gpu power is more important.
if your going to get the 2600xt get the 512 gddr4 model its only like $15 more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127303%26Tpk=HD%2b2600XT
