I am running vista 64 bit. I have had no problems yet. Well thats not true, when I added my extra 2GB's of ram my pc would not boot (kept getting BSOD's). I had to remove the extra 2 GB and install this. After I did, I put the extra 2 sticks in and have not had a single problem.64bit Vista question
Everything is running fine for me. I too was getting BSOD's, but that was due to a bad module of RAM, not the OS. I've had no driver issues, and game performance is just fine.
Does Vista 64-bitrun good on 2gb, or do you need more than that?
Does Vista 64-bitrun good on 2gb, or do you need more than that?
2GB works great.

Most of the time, people who talk bad about Vista have never actually even used it before. It does use more memory than XP, but it is by no means a ''memory hog''.
do many people get that BOSD error or not really? i am going to install 64bit with 4gigs in place already were you all getting that error after upgrading to 4gigs?

ok I got ya. I mean 2gigs of ram is nice and run things smoothly but I paid for my 4gigs so I want to use them haha. With the rumored SP1 coming out in oct or nov and with the already several updates to vista I figure 64bit should work fine.
Huh? Okay well I haev the 32-Bit version of Vista Home Premium. I currently have 1 gig of ram atm and am going to get 2 more gigs (total of 3 gigs) and an 8800GTS 640mb card. Will it still recognize all the ram I have and use it? I hope it will because seeing this post is getting me worried that I have a limited amount of ram and stuff...
