how come i cant do that ';cool vista'; thing

i cant seem to do that vista feature, where it lets you scroll thru the windows by pressing ''windows'' key and ''tab'' at the same time. i was able to do it before i reformatted my pc, but cant seem to do it now. do i have to turn it on somewhere?how come i cant do that ';cool vista'; thing
What version of vista do you have? Maybe your version doesn't have thathow come i cant do that ';cool vista'; thing
Video drivers installed? Aeroglass theme enabled?
i have vista home and i have my video drivers installed but im nto sure about aeroglass thing, where do i check that?
You need Home premium. I dont think Home basic has that feature.

mine does, it is home premium and like i said i was able to do it before i reformatted and no its not alt-tab
could it be something related to direct x? im not sure what version i have but i'll update it now. also, does anyone know why my cs:S crashes sometimes for no reason? i could be loading a game and it just stops responding, i have to task manager exit it. im running 8800gts, quadcore, 2gb ram, vista my main culprit would probably be vista still buggy and stuff right? but, cs:s should be 100% compatitible, hmmmm?
