Go for at 20-22'' whit that GPU. And 320MB should do well in that resolution.

There are my explinations on places like wikipedia that can give you the math behind it.

The stuff it can't detect (approx anything above 3.2 usually) will make no performace difference at all. Its as if it doesnt exist. Some people just go for 3 gigs then, others get a 64 bit OS and go for the 4 gigs.

I got 3g and I do massive photo and video editing, sometime 3d modeling, never at one moment has the ram usage exceed 1.5g, 4g is just a greed I think, if anything just go 3g like me and you are more than fine!

Bioshock and all upcoming games wont be RAM eaters even 1gb would be fine.
Bioshock and all upcoming games wont be RAM eaters even 1gb would be fine.
Well, Crysis will probably be RAM eater since it will have that huge open space. Bioshock on the other hand, wont be, since all game takes place in closed area.
Bioshock and all upcoming games wont be RAM eaters even 1gb would be fine.
They used 4GB's RAM in the PC's running Crysis atE3!!!

(if you dont have good ram alrdy)also you could have a default power suply unit. look into how much is your max, it could be slowing down or damagin your machine!
Your pc is fine.
