On 1 install disc? NopeYou're going to need 2 CD-Keys
Read the EULA and see what is says. The only copies I was aware of were the family licenses.

if u cant install on 2 pc's, whats the difference between OEM and the retail one? i dont get it, someone wanna explain?
Technically, OEM versions are only given to system builders (Such as Dell, Gateway, HP, etc) for one use only. Each one can be installed once on a single PC and can then be used for recovery. But retailers such as Newegg sell them too. Retail discs are the ''full versions'' of the OS. They include a CD Key and can be installed multiple times, but only on a single machine at a time. Its a pretty good idea to get the OEM version of windows as if your CD Key ''expires'' you can call Microsoft and they'll renew it. To the original question, probably not. I haven't tried (I have 4 PCs, two on XP, 2 on Vista, each with it's own retail version). You could try though, I don't know how Microsoft would know, all I know for sure is that they limit how many times a single CD key can be used...
