I've had my Notebook for about 10 months now and for the past month my touchpad has become really weird. While i'm using it, it will randomly start spazzing up and down the screen and when i try to move it it'll move randomly in other directions.
I have a warranty with the store i bought it from but when i took it to them they said it was software problem and not hardware so they said to just reboot it, since they only cover me on hardware fail, i'm on my own.
Now, my problem is i think they are lying to me just because there lazy and don't wanna help me. When he was explaining the problem, i felt like he was talking out of his ass. Is this really a software problem or are they lying to me. And if it is software, how the hell do i fix it?!?!?
