will the 9800 series be much better then the 8800's because for my birthday/chrismas i was planing on asking for a new graphics card but i was wondering will the 9800 series be more worth it then the 8800's because if i get a 8800 i could get some other stuff to but if i get the a 9800 then i only will be able to get 1 other thing, like what does the 9800's do better then the 8800's???
p.s. sry if that was hard to read im kinda in a hury and have to time to edit so ill respond if u have any questions about what i said and about and hour or 2 thx9800 series???
The 9800 isn't out yet. There is a lot of speculation about it, but personally i wouldn't trust any of the info you hear.9800 series???

ONE GIGAFLOP... thats all we know and a 65nm development thing that uses less power and is alot smaller. I would just get the best card you can NOW and not worry about LATER
Well it better be better than the 8800 GTX but we don't know yet so i say 8800 will keep you happy for another year at least
My bet is that the 9800's or whatever Nvidia calls them will be better then the 8800gtx. By Xmas, we will know if the 9800's are worth the extra money, pounds, yen or whatever, but the 8800gtx should last you a good while unless you like extreme resolutions with the newest games like Bio-Shock or Crysis when these other games are released in 2008.
